The Final Plan was submitted to HUD in September 2025. This document serves as a culmination of the Planning Process that began in 2023. The Gainesville Housing Authority, and its partners, has submitted an application for the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant and is awaiting results.

EARLY ACTION ACTIVITY

This document outlines the scope of the Early Action Activity, a small-scale, physical improvement project that will be implemented in the East Gainesville neighborhood. The project will primarily focus on creating a plaza which will house local vendors and regular community events.
