planning team

The planning process will be led by the Jackson Housing Commission in cooperation with the City of Jackson. The creation of the Plan will be overseen by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and coordinated by a consultant team led Landon Bone Baker Architects. The Choice planning team commits to working directly with residents, non-profit organizations, and local businesses to create a Plan that reflects the vision and aspirations of the entire community.

HUD is working to strengthen the housing market to bolster the economy and protect consumers; meet the need for quality affordable rental homes; utilize housing as a platform for improving quality of life; and build inclusive and sustainable communities free from discrimination.

Covalle Group Architects focuses on design works at the intersection of architecture, branding and new technologies. As they begin the creative process, they listen, they talk, they try to see your vision and unique possibilities for your completed project. They walk the site and begin to establish a strong relationship with you, the client, and continue that strong connection throughout the design process. They then send clear, comprehensive plans and specifications to prospective contractors and plan review agencies on your behalf.
